1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of RouteDeck (https://cabops.com), including our web and mobile platforms. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Account Types & Access

• Admin & Organizational Users: Can configure system roles, assign access, and manage data.

   

• Drivers & Supervisors: Have access only to their assigned trips, vehicles, and limited client details needed to perform their duties.

   

• Role-Based Access: Admins can assign or limit access rights for each user in their organization.

   

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Usage Limitations

RouteDeck is offered as a subscription-based SaaS, with limits based on:

• Number of trips scheduled

• API usage volume

Exceeding these limits may affect performance or require a plan upgrade.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse real-time tracking features for unauthorized surveillance

   

• Share login credentials across users or allow unauthorized access

   

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or hack the platform

   

• Transmit harmful code, spam, or interfere with service functionality

   

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

   

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Payments & Subscription

• Access to RouteDeck requires a valid subscription.

   

• In case of non-payment, a warning will be issued.

   

• Your data remains accessible for 3 months after the due date.

   

• After 6 months of inactivity and non-payment, your account may be suspended or deleted permanently.

   

6. Data Backup & Recovery

We implement the following data protection measures:

• Daily automated backups with a 30-day retention window

   

• Point-in-time recovery to restore data if needed

   

• Best efforts are made to ensure data integrity and availability, but we do not guarantee absolute data loss prevention

   

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Eligo Apptech Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for:

• Temporary service outages

   

• Loss or corruption of data due to external factors

   

• Unauthorized access due to user-side negligence

   

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the past 6 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and trademarks within RouteDeck are the intellectual property of Eligo Apptech Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

9. Termination Policy

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms

   

• You fail to pay due subscription fees

   

• You misuse or abuse the platform

   

If terminated, you may contact support to recover your data (within applicable timelines).

10. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Pune, Maharashtra. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Pune.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RouteDeck implies acceptance of the revised Terms. Updates will be published on our website.
